If I place an order online, how long does it take to ship?

Most of the items listed on our site are available in our storage and should ship out within one to two business days. Items shipping from our stores or from the vendor directly may take longer. 

If there are multiple items on your order, some may ship before others. We will send a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and order details whenever any of your items ship.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, but please remember our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

You will have 12 hours to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service center with contact@sonic-toothbrushes.com as quickly as possible.

Please note: At this time, we are not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been shipped.

Can I return an item I purchased online?

Yes, returns can be made at any of our stores nationwide. Simply provide your original receipt or packing slip and we will complete an exchange or merchandise refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment.

Please Note: Truck Delivery Item(s), i.e. large/oversized items for which delivery must be scheduled.

Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes, you are able to ship to multiple shipping addresses from one order. There is no limit to the number of shipping addresses that can be added to an order. If you need assistance placing your order, please feel free to contact us by clicking here.

Please note: There will be a charge for each shipping group (ship-to address) within the order.
